Returns Policy:
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be shipped prepaid and in salable condition. All returns must be made within 30 days. All claims must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery. Claims that are not made within this period will not be accepted. Returns are not valid without a return authorization number issued by Los Andes.
