In a series of fun run events (fun run) “Bank Jateng Friendship Run 2023” in Denpasar City, a number of runner communities, coordinated by IndoRunners Bali, Saturday (5/8/2023) afternoon, held a fun run event titled The Tour.
The Tour event, participated by tens of runners from running communities in Bali, enlivened the atmosphere prior to the Bank Jateng Friendship Run 2023 main event, on Sunday (8/6/2023) morning.
“With the inclusion of Bali as one of the areas that are holding fun run activities to welcome the Borobudur Marathon, we certainly welcome it happily,” said Paul Susilo, coordinator of IndoRunners Bali, Saturday (5/8/2023).
The event The Tour, according to Paul, is a welcome event for the Bank Jateng Friendship Run 2023. “Tomorrow (Sunday) we will join in on the fun run,” said Paul.

The Bank Jateng Friendship Run 2023 event is a fun running activity to welcome the 2023 Borobudur Marathon. The 2023 Borobudur Marathon has the theme Voice of Unity with the aim of voicing the spirit of unity of the Indonesian people.

A 5-kilometer run was held in 10 cities, starting from Jakarta. The Bank Jateng Friendship Run 2023 event in Denpasar, Bali, on Sunday (8/6/2023), also covered a distance of 5 kilometers with a route around the Renon area, South Denpasar.
As for The Tour on Saturday (5/8/2023) traveled a distance of about 3 kilometers and passed the Bajra Sandhi Bali People’s Struggle Monument Square area, Renon, Denpasar City.

The joyful running event towards Borobudur Marathon 2023 was participated by runners from outside Bali, in addition to runners from Bali. Two registrants of Bank Jateng Friendship Run 2023 in Bali, namely Adi Purnomo (28) and Wahyu Ramadana (23), are from East Java.
“Previously I took part in a fun run in Surabaya. Now participating again in Bali,” said Adi Purnomo when picking up the race package at the Amaris Hotel, Denpasar City, Saturday (5/8/2023). “Hopefully, tomorrow (Sunday) the event will be lively and lively,” Adi added.
Eka admitted that he was interested in participating in the Borobudur Marathon, but he did not get a slot for the 2023 Borobudur Marathon. Eka stated that he will participate in a running event around Renon on Sunday (8/6/2023), along with his wife, Narita.
